Transforming Office Space into Palatial Homes

This remarkable conversion involved turning office space into outstanding palatial apartments. Situated at a prestigious address near the River Thames, this unique collection of private residences, spanning 50,000 square feet, demanded an extraordinary level of attention to detail and budget management. Renowned architects, designers, and craftsmen collaborated to create twelve palatial apartments that preserved their period features, while incorporating cutting-edge technology and contemporary design elements. A significant portion of the project encompassed feature coving, bespoke plaster cornice work, dry lining, partitioning, and suspended ceilings. These twelve apartments and the iconic penthouse now reside in a standalone landmark property, offering panoramic views of London’s historic landmarks. It was truly an inspiring project and a pleasure to be part of.
